Spinal Flow

Our nervous system is the core of our body.

It supports our breathing, our digesting, the beating of our heart, our movements, etc.

How great is it that we don’t need to think about digesting or breathing or beating our own heart…?! Our nervous system directs our organs to do it all for us!

The nervous system starts in our brain and goes all the way down our spine. It branches out to innervate all the organs and muscles in our body (as per diagram): our heart, our lungs, our digestive system, all parts of our head (sinuses, jaw, teeth, eyes, etc.) as well as the muscles of our neck, our back, our arms and legs!

So far, so good…

… Then life happens, and we go through:

  • emotional stress (losses, traumas, emotions we couldn’t express when we were little, tension in relationships, financial stress, etc),

  • physical stress (injuries, repetitive movements, etc)

  • and chemical stress (toxins in the food we eat, the air we breathe, the drugs we take and the cleaning products we use on our skin and at home).

Our body can’t fully process it all.

Whatever our body can’t process, it stores it.

Layers of emotional, physical and chemical stress stored around the spine can create blockages along the nervous system in the long run.

If there are blockages along the nervous system, the communication between the brain and the different parts and organs of our body can be interfered with. That’s when our body starts malfunctioning and we begin to experience pains and symptoms.

Spinal Flow works with the body's innate intelligence to release the stored emotional, chemical and physical stress responsible for the pains and dysfunctions we experience.

The gentle touch provided supports the regulation of the nervous system and the restoration of the communication pathways to the different organs and systems of the body, allowing for profound healing, in people of all ages.

It is practiced fully clothed and doesn’t involved any form of manipulation or cracking.

It’s very gentle, yet powerful.

I’m looking forwards to sharing with you this incredible healing modality that has benefited so many already.
