One-on-one sessions

I'm so glad you're reaching out for support, we're not meant to do parenting alone.

I’ve been working with mums and dads for almost a decade, and being a mum myself, parenting support holds a special place in my heart.

My 1-on-1 sessions are for you if you're a parent, a carer-giver or a professional working with families.

They happen online, on Zoom (or in-person, in Maleny) and last 55min.

As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and a Parenting Instructor trained in the Neuro-Affective Relational Model (NARM), I offer a holistic type of support that take in consideration the nervous system and the body as well as the mind of both, the parent and the child.

What do you want the most for yourself as a parent?

Together, we'll gently explore what is stopping you internally from being the parent you want to be for your children.

So many dynamics are in play, within ourselves, and in the relationship with our children…

Most of them are unconscious, but if we take the time to listen to the mind and the body with compassion, we find our way towards resolution, and towards healing.

Here are some of the topics I regularly support parents with:

  • Setting healthy boundaries,

  • Parenting without punishments or rewards,

  • Becoming more playful,

  • Repairing attachment ruptures with your child(ren),

  • Processing losses, being with grief,

  • Transforming triggers, anger, guilt and shame,

  • Becoming more authentic and more confident as a parent,

  • Healing from the trauma or neglect you suffered yourself as a child,

  • Navigating your children's emotions (tantrums, anger, ...),

  • Understanding and shifting your child’s unpleasant behaviours (aggression, defiance...)

  • Navigating transitions (school, breastfeeding journey, welcoming a baby brother/sister, going through a divorce ...)
