One-on-one online sessions
I'm so glad you're reaching out for support, we're not meant to do parenting alone.
My 1-on-1 sessions are for you if you're a parent, a carer-giver or a professional working with families.
They happen on Zoom and last 55min.
As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and a Parenting Instructor trained in the Neuro-Affective Relational Model (NARM), I offer a holistic type of support that includes the nervous system and the body as well as the mind.
What do you want the most for yourself as a parent?
Together, we'll gently explore what is stopping you internally from being the parent you want to be for your children.
So many dynamics are in play, within ourselves, and in the relationship with our children.
Most of them are unconscious, but if we take the time to listen to the thoughts and the body with compassion, we find our way towards healing…
